What Hunter is

  • An engine that does the SDR grunt work — research, drafting, follow-up discipline, triage — at AI speed
  • ~2 hours to configure, then ~20 minutes a day of reviewing drafts and approving sends
  • Built around quality: a 2% reply rate from the right 500 people beats 4% from 5,000 random ones
  • Yours. Files on your machine, your accounts, your data. No platform lock-in.
The problem

Over 97% of people are using AI wrong — like a glorified search engine.

To get explosive results from AI, you have to start to train it and treat it like a co-worker.

The 5 rules for 5X results from your AI Team

  • It's not about having 20 tools each with their own AI that knows 5% about your business
  • You need an AI OS for your company, that is deeply trained like your top people
  • Commit to working AI-first, through skills and workflows
  • You need business acumen or a seasoned partner to give the AI business best-practices
  • AI is a MULTIPLIER — it won't fix bad processes

The Solution

So that's why our Hunter AI mini-course is not just Claude skills.

The playbook covers:

  • How to setup your AI OS
  • B2B selling and Hunting tactics used by the largest tech companies
  • How to setup Hunter AI as your first agent and train it on your company
  • All the setup files and dashboard to give you a jumpstart so you don't have to start from zero
  • We'll show you the roadmap to adding more agents in your business

A note from our founder

I built Hunter for my own businesses because I know how hard and expensive it is to do quality hunting, stay on top of leads, follow up super fast, keep leads warm and just serve up quality deals and meetings.

An AI that does quality work with industry best practices, not a automation sequence.

The foundation

You're not installing a tool.
You're hiring your first AI team member.

Most people use AI like a chatbot — new chat, no memory, generic answers. Hunter ships with something bigger: your AI Operating System foundation. A pre-written onboarding you copy, fill in, and run — it gives your AI a memory, a workspace, and standards: your knowledge, your connections, your ways of working. Set up once, and every AI session starts already knowing your business.

01

Boot your AI OS

Run the pre-written onboarding prompt — fill in the blanks about your business. Your AI now remembers you between sessions.

02

Add Hunter to the team

Hunter is the first agent on your AI team — pre-built, plugged into your OS, doing the outbound job end to end.

03

Grow on the foundation

Every campaign makes the system smarter — and the same foundation expands: more agents, more workflows, on the path to a full revenue system. The playbook shows the roadmap.

Hunter is the first team member you add. It won't be the last.

What you get

Everything you need to run outbound,

  • The playbook teaches you to run it: memory, job briefs, standards — the working method behind everything Hunter does
  • Built so Hunter is the first team member you add — and not the last
SYSTEM

The Hunter AI Playbook

  • The mindset and the model, in book form — the Context Wall, Growth Systems, your AI Operating System, and the B2B Hunting Model

FAQ

Questions, answered straight

Do I need to know how to code?

No. If you can install an app, paste an API key into a text file, and type /campaign into a terminal, you can run Hunter. The setup video shows every step, and Claude Code does the technical work. You never write code — you have conversations and approve drafts.

What does the stack cost per month?

Hunter itself: $0/mo — the $97 is one-time. To run it you need Claude Code (Claude Pro plan, from $20/mo), Instantly.ai (from ~$37/mo for sending and warmup), and 2–3 lookalike domains (~$12/year each). Clay is optional at $149/mo — recommended for lead sourcing, but CSV import works without it.

Realistic floor: about $60/mo all-in. Compare that to an SDR at ~$5,000/mo or AI SDR platforms at several hundred per month.

Will this burn my domain?

This is the question Hunter is built around. You never send cold from your real domain — the playbook has you buy lookalike domains and warm them in Instantly for ~2 weeks before the first send. Hunter enforces the rest: verified emails only (it refuses unverified lists), suppression lists, batch caps starting at 25 leads, opt-out lines on every sequence, and bounce monitoring on every /pulse. Deliverability isn't a tip in a PDF — it's enforced by the system.

Mac or Windows?

Both — and Linux. Claude Code runs on all three, and Hunter is just files in a folder, so it goes wherever Claude Code goes.

Why not just use Instantly's own AI, or an "AI SDR" SaaS?

Instantly is excellent at what Hunter uses it for: sending infrastructure, warmup, deliverability. What no sending tool does is the upstream work — actually researching each prospect (site, LinkedIn, news, job posts), finding one specific verifiable hook, and drafting in your voice with a human gate before anything ships. SaaS "personalization" is a mail-merge with adjectives.

And the structural difference: you own this. Every prompt, rule, and quality bar is a file you can read and edit. No per-seat pricing, no feature quietly moving to the enterprise tier.

Can the AI send emails without me knowing?

No, and this is structural, not a promise. The safety switches live in a config file — writes to Instantly, anything that can send, and the reply autopilot — all off by default, and Hunter cannot flip them; only you can. You approve the campaign up front at /review: the sequences, the personalization approach, and the reply playbook. Hunter operates inside what you approved — and anything sensitive (pricing, scheduling, an unhappy reply) always waits for you, no exceptions.

Why is it only $97?

Because it's launch week and I'd rather have a lot of operators succeeding with it than a few paying workshop prices. I teach this same system in half-day sessions that cost real money; the product version is $97 while the launch window is open, $147 after. The system is complete at $97 — the repo, the full guide, the setup video. There are two optional add-ons at checkout (a prompt pack and a content system) if you want them; nothing from the core system is held back into them.

What's the refund policy?

30 days, no hoops. If you go through the guide and decide Hunter isn't for you, email [email protected] and you'll get your money back — the add-ons too.

How long until my first email actually sends?

We'll show you how to get pre-warmed inboxes and start immediately — or, if you'd rather choose your own new domains, warmup takes up to ~2 weeks. We walk you through it all and make sure you navigate it the right way. Setup takes ~2 hours of active work, and the guide front-loads the warmup decision so any waiting runs in the background while you configure the engine, plan your first campaign, and review Hunter's drafts — either way, you launch from healthy infrastructure instead of a burned one.
